How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed via email or by completing the online contact form, as long as you know all the specifications for your print requirement. If you are unsure of what specifications you would like for your print, please contact us to arrange a 30; free consultation meeting.

What happens after I have placed an order?

After you have placed an order you will need to send us all the supported documents (images, logos, texts etc) by email and we will start working on the artwork for your project. You will receive a visual within 48h to approve before we move your order into production.

When can I expect to see a proof?

After we receive your brief and files we will start working on your artwork and aim to provide a first visual for approval within 48 hours.

Can I make amendements to the artwork?

Absolutely, you can make as many changes to your artwork you want until you are happy to be moved into production. If you change your mind and want to make changes after your artwork has moved into production you will still be charged with the cost of printing.

When do I pay?

Payment is needed before we move your project into production, after the proof is accepted.

How do I pay?

When payment is required we will send the invoice over to you by email. On this invoice, there is a 'Pay Now' button which will direct you to pay securely. We can also accept Bank Transfer, the details of this will be on the invoice. If you are having trouble with the previous methods, please call us to make a payment over the phone.

What are the minimum or maximum quantities?

We don't have any minimum or maximum quantities, but the more you order the lower the unit cost will be.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

This depends on a variety of factors, but in most cases we deliver within 5-7 days. Please contact us if you have an urgent requirement.

What are my delivery options?

We can deliver your order for free within 5m radius from YO23 or you can collect from our premises. Additional charges will apply for postage or other delivery services.

Will you keep my files for reprints?

We keep all files on our systems indefinitely. If you don’t want us to keep your files please let us know and we will delete them after printing.
