Branding is also not just your logo. It is about the colour scheme, typography and other design elements that makes your brand stand out from your competitors and become recognizable to consumers.

We work closely with you to create your new or polish your existing brand identity to ensure consistency across all media.

Your logo and brand are the first thing a potential customer will learn about you. Whether it is on a sign or the web, your logo and branding tell customers what they can expect from your company.

We need to have a branding consultation first to get to know each other and to discuss your ideas and get information about your business. This can be done through a call or by arranging a meeting.

Then we will research and your brand and everything around it and get to work by sketching some first ideas and concepts, before we create the digital design and present it to you.

We have available three different Branding packages to choose from

The Process

1. Questionnaire/Brief
We will arrange a meeting or a phone call, so we can collect more information and learn all about your business, your target audience and initial ideas.

2. Creative Direction
You’ll receive a presentation with two creative directions/moodboards. Once a concept has been chosen we will move into creating your brand.

3. Design
We will start the design phase and you’ll receive the brand proposal.

4. Feedback
With your feedback, we will make any necessary changes to the design in up to two revisions (additional revisions will be charged separately).

5. Delivery
Once we have finalised your project, we’ll package your high-resolution files and transfer them over to you.

Timeline

1-2 weeks for the starter’s package and 2-4 weeks for Premium and Deluxe, depending on the client response time and feedback.

Terms

  • Full payment is required before we start working on your project. The above prices do not include 20% VAT
  • No re-sale or redistribution is permitted.
  • Font licenses are not included, but can be purchased separately if you wish.
  • The client is entitled with two revisions. Should the client require, extra revisions will be charged separately at the price of £10 each.
  • Timelines may vary depending on the client response time and feedback.
  • Iris Graphics is not responsible for delays in the client’s schedule that are a result of the client’s planning. If the client requires additional work, or resumed work, to be completed on a rush order that results in the designer making accommodations in their schedule that go beyond typical work hours, then this will be charged separately at an increased rush rate, and only accepted based on the designer’s availability.
  • If we do not hear from the client within 2 weeks, the service will be resumed based on the studio’s availability.
  • In the case that we make multiple attempts to contact the client and they are failing to communicate, the service will be terminated and any work done will be packaged up and emailed to the client. 
  • No physical item will be shipped.
